Here is my conjecture: Bush is now in a position to arbitrarily use the military to round up dissenters and send them off to internment camps which already exist or are being built now. And what would cause such massive dissent as to warrant such military intervention? A nuclear strike against Iran and/or North Korea.

Is Jericho just a television show or an experiment to gauge public reaction to such an event?
